Peace at Home

The relation of husband and wife is the way our world reflects the relationship of the Creator with His Creation. There is nothing more pivotal to the world's ultimate fulfillment than this.

Therefore, as the world nears closer and closer to its fulfillment, the resistance grows stronger and stronger. By now, absolutely everything appears to be undermining the most crucial key of peace between man and woman.

Can you plese explain "as the world nears its fulfillment.?" I can assume you mean nearing the arrival of Moshiach.
But what is increasing the conflict between husband and wife.
Can you clarify this in greater depth?
Thank you.

Where is that from? It's beautiful. And so true. It reminds me of Pirke Avos 4:1 where Ben Zoma says that the mighty man is the one who subdues his passions, and a master of his passions, a man who is slow to anger, is greater than the conqueror of a city. So true. So true. That is what kept Israel functioning during the Intifada. Those of us who danced and sang and played instead of returning tit for tat are the ones who kept the whole thing from blowing up. One hell of a ride. But the greatest lesson of our lives. The mighty man is the man who subdues his passions and stays still in a time of noise.

As One Again
Inspired by The Rebbe and The Ari

In a time of noise, be still
In a time of fear, be brave
In a time of doubt, know
that change is never easy.
Just as todays physics is showing the universe to be slowing down,
just as we are now studying the very small as opposed to the very large, just as between the Spirit that hovered over the Face of the Water (in a space inbetween),
the essence of our very being now stands at the edge of Great (Tikkun Olam) change - to behold the One Face from within the Water, and not the surface reflections, the last husk, which tries in vain to show the One Light as many.
